Return Policy
We hope that you love everything that you purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to initiate a return, please email us at info@wynniesboutique.com and ship the item back to us within 10 days of receipt. Once the item(s) is received, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment.
In-store exchanges and returns will be accepted on full priced merchandise within 10 days of the purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs back to us. A charge of $8 will be invoiced to customers to cover the shipping cost if an item needs to be exchanged.
We strive to ensure accuracy in every detail but in the event there is an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs and any additional costs to correct the order.
Any special order or discounted merchandise of any kind are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Because we do offer returns, we have to stand by our policy firmly. If items are received outside the ten-day period allotted, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will contact you to arrange shipment back.
