Wynnie’s Return & Exchange Policy

At Wynnie’s, we want you to absolutely love the pieces you choose for your little ones. We also understand that sometimes things need to be exchanged or returned, and we’re here to make the process simple, fair, and thoughtful for everyone.
ONLINE RETURNS
If you need to initiate a return from an online order, please email info@wynniesboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to us within the same 14-day window. When your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. For exchanges, an $8 flat-rate shipping fee will be invoiced to cover sending out your new item.
IN-STORE RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Full-priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. If you’d prefer to shop at a later time, we’re happy to offer store credit in the form of a Wynnie’s digital gift card, which is valid exactly one year from the time it is purchased.
GIFT RETURNS
We are happy to offer store credit or exchange on gifted items that meet the following guidelines:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

A gift receipt is preferred, or recipient must provide the name of the customer who originally purchased the gift so appropriate records can be confirmed.

Gift returns must be made within 30 days of the gift being given or within 60 days of the original purchase date, whichever comes first.

Seasonal merchandise (such as swimwear, holiday items, and special collections) must be returned within the season in which it was purchased. Our spring/summer season is considered January-June and our fall/winter season runs July-December. We cannot accept "out of season" merchandise and our staff may use their discretion when managing returns.
This policy helps us continue offering thoughtfully curated, seasonal collections while ensuring fairness and consistency for all of our customers.
All gift returns are issued as store credit only in the form of a Wynnie's gift card. We are unable to provide refunds to original forms of payment for gifted items.
Gift cards:

Valid for exactly one year from the date issued

Can be used in-store or online

Maintain remaining balances automatically
As always, merchandise that was originally purchased at a discounted price may not be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
ITEM CONDITION
To keep our collections ready for their next little adventure, all returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original packaging

With all tags attached

Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or visible wear
Items not meeting these standards will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:

Discounted or promotional merchandise

Special orders
-
Socks and tights
ORDER ISSUES OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will make it right and cover all shipping costs associated with correcting the issue.
LATE RETURNS
Because we offer refunds and store credit, we must adhere to our return window.
Items received after 14 days cannot be accepted. If an item is sent back late, we will contact you to arrange return shipping back to you.
