We hope that you love everything that you purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If your purchase doesn't workout, email us at email@example.com and ship the item back to us within 10-days of receiving your item and we will issue a refund to your initial form of payment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached in new condition and must be received back in our store no later than 10 days from receipt of package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs back to us. If the item you are returning qualified for free shipping, a charge of $7 will be deducted from the returned amount.
Sale merchandise, gifts, accessories, toys, UPPAbaby, and special orders are final sale.
All preorders are also final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If you are unsure about sizing or fit, we recommend waiting until the product is in our hands!
Because we do offer returns, we have to stand by our policy firmly. If items are received outside the ten-day period allotted, we will contact you to arrange shipment back.
